Overall, my stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. However, some things didn't work and were dirty. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - most were very helpful, but there was an incident with Tracy who was beyond rude. The location was decent and convenient for my needs. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel managed to be a functional choice for the price and location.
